We will be cooking a bbq for a charity golf tournament tomorrow at The Royal Samui Golf and Country Club. The money raised will be going to the Samui Learning Centre for Special Needs. This is the second year. We are looking forward to a good turnout. Hope to see you on the course.
Everyone who came to pick up their Turkeys were happy. They all came out great. This year not only do we inject them with herb butter but they were also brined over night.

There was a charity golf tournament at Royal Samui Golf & Country Club this last Saturday (November 9th). It was for a great cause Special Needs School Samui. We were asked to cater the event. There were 30 players plus another 20 guests. We were able to talk to Siam Food, Makro and French Butchery to donate food for the event. We would really like to thank them for all their help. Due to there sizable donations we were able to put on the bbq for free. I was just told by the event coordinator over 33,000 baht was raised.
We now are able to offer our clients whole spit roast pigs. It is recommended for parties of 40 more people. The pig seen here is 30 kilos. After 7 hours, slowly rotating pig perfection is achieved.
